Terms of Service

By accessing or using LaunchClub, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use LaunchClub. These terms apply to the LaunchClub mobile app, website, waitlist, support channels, and related services.

LaunchClub helps founders share iOS apps, Android apps, SaaS tools, websites, prototypes, and other products with testers. Testers can discover launches, open test links, submit feedback, report bugs, earn points, and participate in weekly rewards when available.

You must be at least 13 years old to use LaunchClub. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and your login credentials secure. You may not impersonate another person or create accounts for abusive, fraudulent, or misleading purposes.

Founders are responsible for the apps, links, descriptions, images, and other materials they submit. You must own or have permission to submit your product, and your launch may not contain illegal, harmful, deceptive, infringing, malicious, or abusive content.

Founders are responsible for managing tester access, reviewing feedback in good faith, and using bug status tools honestly. LaunchClub may remove launches that violate these terms or create risk for users.

Testers must provide honest feedback, avoid harassment, and use test links responsibly. You may not submit fake bug reports, duplicate low-effort reports, automated activity, misleading feedback, or other activity intended to farm points or manipulate rewards.

LaunchClub may offer weekly cash rewards for top testers. Rewards are subject to eligibility, verification, abuse review, and availability. LaunchClub may adjust, pause, or discontinue rewards at any time.

Decisions about points, leaderboard placement, valid bugs, duplicate reports, and disqualification for abuse are made by LaunchClub and participating founders at their discretion. Users disqualified for abuse are not entitled to cash equivalents, substitutions, or make-up rewards.

Founders retain ownership of the apps, products, names, logos, and materials they submit. Testers retain ownership of their feedback and bug reports, but grant LaunchClub and the relevant founder a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, store, use, reproduce, and process that feedback for operating, improving, and promoting the service.

LaunchClub owns its app, website, brand, design, software, and service materials, excluding user-submitted content.

You may not use LaunchClub to break the law, infringe rights, upload malware, scrape the service, interfere with security, harass users, manipulate leaderboards, submit fraudulent reports, spam founders or testers, or attempt to access data or accounts without permission.

LaunchClub is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee that launches will be available, feedback will meet founder expectations, rewards will be offered every week, or the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LaunchClub will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

You may stop using LaunchClub at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these terms, created risk, abused rewards, harmed other users, or used the service unlawfully.

We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users. Continued use of LaunchClub after changes means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where LaunchClub is operated, without regard to conflict of law rules.
