LaunchClub is operated by LaunchClub, an indie solo-founder company. This Privacy Policy applies to LaunchClub, the LaunchClub mobile app, and launchclubapp.com. If you have questions, contact us at support@launchclubapp.com.

We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, display name, submitted app launch details, feedback, bug reports, messages, profile information, and reward-related communications.

We may collect basic usage data such as pages or screens viewed, launches opened, actions taken in the app, points activity, and approximate device or browser information. Device information may include operating system, app version, device type, crash information, and diagnostic data needed to improve LaunchClub.

We use data to operate LaunchClub, authenticate accounts, display launches, route tester feedback to founders, maintain leaderboards, calculate points, send reward notifications, prevent abuse, respond to support requests, and improve product quality.

We may also use your email to send important service updates, waitlist messages, account notices, reward notifications, and product announcements. You can opt out of non-essential marketing emails.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use third-party advertising SDKs or share data with ad networks.

LaunchClub uses Supabase, hosted in the United States, for backend hosting, authentication, and storage. We may also use service providers that help us operate email, hosting, analytics, support, and security. These providers are allowed to process data only to provide services to LaunchClub.

We keep account, launch, feedback, bug report, points, and activity data while your account is active or as needed to operate LaunchClub, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce our terms.

Users can delete their account and associated data from the app. Some limited records may be retained if required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or backup integrity, and will be removed when no longer needed.

LaunchClub may use basic cookies, local storage, or similar technologies for authentication, preferences, security, and simple analytics. Analytics are used to understand product usage and improve the service, not for third-party advertising.

LaunchClub is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information. You can update account information in the app, delete your account from settings, or contact support@launchclubapp.com for help.
