LaunchClub is built to protect founder launches, tester feedback, account data, and reward activity with a security-first backend.
How We Protect Your Data
All data is stored securely via Supabase on SOC 2 compliant infrastructure.
Passwords are never stored in plain text and are handled by Supabase Auth.
All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS encryption.
Row Level Security is enabled so users can only access their own data.
No data is sold to third parties, ever.
No advertising SDKs or tracking are used.

Your Rights
- View your data anytime in your profile.
- Delete your account and all associated data from Profile > Settings > Delete Account.
- Request data export by emailing support@launchclubapp.com.
- We will respond to data requests within 30 days.
Bug Bounty / Responsible Disclosure
If you find a security vulnerability in LaunchClub, please email security@launchclubapp.com. We take all reports seriously and will respond within 48 hours.
